Expressing our ideas and emotions is something that everyone can do. You'll probably say that in some country you're limited in the way you can express these things. That's true but you still can express yourself somehow. One powerfull way to express whatever you want according to me is throught music (in my case throught electric guitar). When you know how to play an instrument, you can compose your own songs (even if there's no lyrics) and develop your own sound and that way you can express all your anger, your trouble, your worries, your joy, name it! You can express whatever you want.
